A Fresh Laundry adds value to any retail centre or location and requires a ground level store that is between 60m² and 80m² in size. 

All our stores are only offered as full turnkey operations thus all equipment and shop fitting are per our specifications and standards.

All our stores are user friendly and have a modern, clean, and uncluttered look and our corporate branding is both bold and eye-catching.

Typically a Fresh Laundry will offer the following services:

  • Drop-off laundry service for both the domestic and commercial market.
  • Dry cleaning (acts as a depot)
  • Tailoring
  • Shoe repairs (acts as a depot)

Every Fresh store is unique in its layout and is designed to fully utilise the available space - being a franchise we project manage the construction of each store so as to ensure the necessary quality and finishing.

From a landlords perspective a Fresh Laundry requires a 60m² to 80m² ground floor location with convenient parking close at hand; the store requires a 3 phase power supply as well as a water supply, drainage, and ducting to vent warm moist air from the tumble dryers to the outside of the store.
